Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear Sir/Madam
I have gone through your query and read your symptoms.
In my opinion, you should get investigated for ankylosing spindilytis, and rheumatiod arthritis, also note which joints are affected, if your back is stiff more than your hands then it is different from if your hands are more stiff than your back, as every arthritis has a typical pattern of involvement, there is a possibility that it may not be arthritis, but you need to get examined for confirmation.
I hope that answers your query. If you want any more clarification, contact me back.
Thanks

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement Dr. Dr. Naveen Kumar Sharma's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case and it looks to be knee arthritis. It can not be stopped but we can delay there progression by doing some precautions.
1.Avoid squatting and sitting cross leg.
2.Take calcium and vitamin D3 daily.
3.Take pain killer like Etoricoxib if pain is very severe.
4.Physiotherapy like static quadriceps exercises.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
