Suggest Medication To Terminate A Pregnancy

Hi im 18 years old and i jus found out that im pregnant. i missed my period Today is the 8th but it was scheduled to come on the 27th of last month. im ashamed to say this but i need an abortion. whats the safest way to abort a child i'm low on money and i wonder if pills are safe.

Hi, welcome to health care magic. Pills are safe till 9 weeks of intrauterine pregnancy. That you can take under doctors guidance.With pills there is chances of heavy bleeding in that case you may need D&C.
