Hello and welcome to health care magic.
Creatine in blood is formed as a waste product of protein metabolism(using up of dietary protein by the body) The kidney excretes this creatinine through urine as a waste product.
Once the functioning of kidney starts declining creatine level starts to climb up. The only effective treatment to reduce creatine is through dialysis.
Another effective technique is to reduce the protein rich foods in your diet. These include meat, fish, egg, soybean etc. Don't completely avoid them as they are essential for proper functioning of your body;but reduce their quantities.
Hope this discussion will be helpful to you.
Thank you.
