Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

Usually, after the last depo shot of contraceptive, it's effect lasts for 3 months. As you have opted for not taking the depo injection, you will be free from its contraceptive effects.
Usually, fertility returns within 3 to 4 weeks .

If you have history of regular cycles then you can start expecting toget pregnant from your current cycle. As you might be aware that in a woman with regular cycles day 10 to 20 of the cycleis the most fertile periodof cycle. If you have unprotected sex act in the fertile period, then You Stand chance to get pregnant.

I will suggest you to start with Folic acid, Vitamin B 12 and Omega 3 supplements at least 3 months before you plan to get pregnant. This helps to prevent many problems during pregnancy and delivery.

I hope this answer helps you. Thanks.
