Suggest Medication To Apply To Get Rid Of Tiny Red Dots On The Penis

just got back from the river, kept my swimming shorts and wet underwear all day and these little red tiny dots appear on the bottom shaft ofmy penis, i will say around 8 or 9. Could this be from swimming all day and keeping wet short and underwear, what can I apply for it to go away

Hi,

Dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them and herpes basically looks like this, so does bacterial and perhaps yeast infections. They each have their own treatment. So I couldn't say. Antibiotic creme is not likely to make any of them worse and works on most things.
