Hi, I have what appears to be white warts on my arms and chin. They are very prominent on my arms. I ve been picking but they are not going away. Four years ago they were on my right arm and disappeared but they will not go away this time. I am getting more on my face. Thank you.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi.
As per your case history of warts, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a tretinoin 0.025 % cream once at night on lesions.
3. Take a zinc supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Other treatment options are oral levamisole, cauterization or laser ablation done by a dermato-surgeon.

Thanks.
Dr. Harshit bhachech.
MBBS, DDVL.
