Hello,

You may be having acute viral rhinitis with mucous discharge. Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days. You may use Otrivin nasal spray thrice a day in the nostrils may useful. If your hypertensive better to don't take Otrivin. Tablet Levocarnitine with phenylephrine may be useful. Avoid cool drinks and ice creams. If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
