Suggest Medication For Unstable Angina
I am suffering with unstable angina.my anginal symptoms persist with the use of herbesser retard90 mg morning , evening. Was slightly beterwith the addition of beta blocker but cannot use them because of bronchodilator spasm. What can you suggest to overcome, how about diovan 80 mg daily.

Hi,
Diovan is not medication against angina.
I would add a Nitrate to my patient, who has uncontrolled angina. Also you need aspirin, and cholesterol lowering medication, such as statins.
And I would like to add, that patients with unstable angina usually need revascularisation: have putted a stent in a blocked or narrowed artery.
