Suggest Medication For Symptoms Of UTI

Hi,

I am 24, 5'6, 11stones 4lbs and diabetic (been diabetic for 20 years) and for the past few months I have been having symptoms of UTI (about 4 in 6 months) which I have been treated with Anti-biotics. However, I have finished my last course about 3 weeks ago (which I completed the course) and had a period HOWEVER, I am finding that although I officially finished my period like 2 weeks ago, my urine is clear but when I wipe myself (front to back) there is red blood on the tissue and sometimes in clots.... I am worried as I do not know what & why this is??

And dont say because I am diabetic because I am sick of doctors saying that.....Also I have the contraceptive implant in - has that got something to do with it????
