Suggest Medication For Swollen And Red Patches On Ankles?

Hi I am about 75 pounds overweight. I moved this weekend so have been very physical. This afternoon I notice that my ankles were swollen. My left ankle moreso. I also have patches of little red dots and patches of red from just below the ankle to a few inches above the ankle. What could this be?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears that you are over weight ,due to the diabetes, or hypovitaminosis B complex, or A.it also may be due to the anemia.
The reason might be due to the prolonged standing and walking, and patches of red dots may be due to the micro hemorrhages.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms diuretic at low dose, once daily. B.complex, and iron suppliments, and ofloxacin.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
