Iam using melacare .now one week over no result found iam staying sun light 5min for waiting bus after putting sun protection cream now a days very hot climate I am going outdoor at evening but very hot what the precautions I take please answer

The best way to protect from sun is cover your face with some cotton white color garment this would give you hundred percent protection without side effect and this is worth trying, hope this information helps.
