Suggest Medication For Stomach Upset & Pain

Hi, my daughter is 3 & half years. She has stomach upset yesterday so I gave Flora Zinc 1/2 sachet 3 times a day, yesterday and today. Now she is saying she has mild stomach pain and motion seems to be normal. She also doesn't have an appetite now.

Please suggest me some remedy.

Thanks & Regards,
Saritha

Hi Saritha,

I have gone through the medical history of your daughter and feel sorry for the situation she is in. I am also happy that her motion seems to be normal.

With regards to mild stomach pain and no appetite, these are common after passing stomach upset. I advise to give her multivitamin supplementation containing probiotics too.

Do not force her to eat. Let her drink plenty of water/tea or juices.

If no improvement within 10 days, should consult pediatrician and further stool tests might be needed to exclude intestinal parasites.

Wish fast recovery!
