I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms could be due to infection and it could be bacterial infection so I would suggest to try Tab Doxycycline 100 mg once in day for 10 days, for abdomen pain Tab Dicyclomine can be tried, second probiotic like Bacillus contains can be tried, ideally stool needs to be sent for testing for correct diagnosis hope this information helps.
