I had a sinus infection that I started taking amoxicillin for on Tuesday. Had chills, fatigue, headaches, the works. All those left and then a couple days later, on Thursday, I developed a soar throat. On Friday, I discovered that it turned out that I had developed tonsillitis likely as part of the infection. I coughed up yellow mucus and have been drooling a lot. Now the mucus is clear, but my tonsils are still incredibly swollen and inflamed and it hurts incredibly to swallow. Am I getting any better?
