Suggest Medication For Sore Throat, Nasal Congestion And Night Sweats

hi My name is Lynne Perkins and I have a really bad cold my symtoms are sore throat,plugged ears,watery eyes,head feels like that its gonna explode it was effecting my voice and I have a stuffy nose and when I blow my nose it comes out clear it been feeling like I have to sneeze but it wont come out what can you tell me that it is yesterday all I did is sleep and sweat like crazy please help me

All this symptoms are common in viral flu.I would recommend bed rest,warm drinks,plenty of hydration,acetaminophen tablets,saline nasal drops,steam inhalation.These measures usually relieves mild flu.
