Hello
It seems from the history that you are having small yellow pimple on the eye lid.
Since you are not having pain or redness, it is unlikely to be a inflammatory lesion. It can be fluid filled cystic lesion of one of the glands of the eyelids.
The treatment of the condition is by surgical excision if it is a cystic lesion as it seems from the history you have provided.
However it is difficult to say based on the history without examining it, if possible you can send a photo of the lesion so that I can advice you regarding further treatment.

Thank you
