After going through your query I think your You are suffering from lumbar disc prolapse.Treatment is rest in position of relief(generally lateral position with both knee bend),NUROKIND GOLD ONCE DAILY and analgesics (Diclofenac three times a day after meals is effective). Sometimes strong analgesic(such as ultracet three times a day after meals) is required. OMEPRAZOLE 20 MG before meals prevent acidity caused by analgesics . This needs patience as it take longer treatment sometimes up to 6 months.
