Suggest Medication For Sleep Disorder, nausea And Pain In Hands

Have a friend who has a hard time staying awake during the day so he sleeps and when he gets up becomes nauseated. He also suffers from mastocytosis and has a lot of pain and swelling in his hands. He goes to bed after being up a short time from the nausea and then falls asleep.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here if this is the case of mastocytosis then such symptoms of your friend is very likely and in my opinion this can be control with drug called "Doxepin" this is tricyclic antidepressant and also have a antihistaminic action and gives nice result in Mastocytosis, have a nice day.
