Suggest Medication For Severe Pain In The Back And Kidney

My husband has been having Severe Pain along both sides of his spine on the Muscles, and has also had pain in his Kidneys. He is a diabetic and has had Pneumonia before. The pain he has had has been going on since back in November... He is on Pain Meds. Muscle relaxers, and the pain is getting worse. and the meds are not touching it. Can anyone give us an idea to what it may be?

I really appreciate your concern, it seems to be fibromyalgia and it is the functional disorder some time it treated with tranquilizer along with potent analgesic but it needs to be given under medical supper vision, he needs to come out of the stress hope this information helps.
