Suggest Medication For Severe Pain In Left Leg

Severe left leg pain. Radiates from the knee up and down the leg. Hurts to stand on it, walk, sleep. I feel it all the time. 10 mg hydrocodone/acetominophin doesn t even help. Had exrays, not broken. Had an ultrasound yesterday. Help is you can? No car accident, no fall.
