Hello

Thank you for trusting HCM

Dear she may be suffering from bilateral glue ear or otitis media, please consult Ent surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly. It is difficult to say until unless examined what is the reason and how severe it is. Use water vapor inhalation, and decongestant drops. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions please feel free to ask me.

Take care
