Suggest Medication For Seborrheic Dermatitis On Face, Nose, Ears And Scalp

I believe I have seborrheic dermatitis effecting my face, nose, ears and scalp. My research came upon Replenix CF Cream as a remedy. do you have a less expensive more general option from and over the counter option, or dietary adjustments, or ??? I just want the itching to subside and the evidence off my face and under my hair as I itch a lot throughout the day.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain the symptoms seems to be of Seborrhoea or Seborrhoeic Dermatitis and can lead to itchiness of scalp and face along with ears that is accompanied with dryness ..
It is a form of chronic or relapsing eczema or dermatitis..
For scalp you can apply shampoos containing antifungal agent like Ketoconazole, zinc, selenium, coal tar and salicylic acid..
You can also apply steroid lotions over the scalp for relief..
For face wash your face with a moisturising cream based and a non soap based cleanser..
You can apply Ketoconazole containing creams..
Tacrolimus containing creams are also helpful..
You can also take anti allergics like Levocetrizine to reduce itching..
