Suggest Medication For Recurring Acne Like Pustules On Face And Scalp

Sir, I'm suffering from acne like pustules on face and scalp for last one year. It appears again and again. At first doctor has given me steroids and azithromycin, it subsided but as soon as i left medicines it appeared again. For last 6 months I'm using HH Sone cream on scalp and face.It subsided bt again appeared. For last 3 months I'm using clindamycin. Now scalp acne is very less but on face it again appeared. Please suggest what is the right combination of medicines and how long to apply or to take?

As per your complain Acne can occur due to causes like Bacterial infection, oily skin and scalp, inflammation, hormonal imbalances etc..
You need a combination of Anti Acne and antibiotic therapy for resolution..
You can continue the treatment on the scalp as you are doing and along with it you can also apply shampoo containing Salicylic acid over the scalp.
Keep the scalp Dry and clean..
Avoid moisture accumulation in scalp..
For face you can wash your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash..
You can apply ointment containing Clindamycin and Benzoyl Peroxide over pimples..
You can also apply Retinoids like Adapelene gel over pimples..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week using a gentle scrub..
Do cool compresses over pimples..
You can also be advised Oral antibiotics and retinoid like Tretinoin by a Dermatologist..
You can also go for treatment like Microdermabrasion and chemical peeling..
