Suggest Medication For Rashes Due To Cat Scratch On A Child

My granddaughter was scratched by her cat 2 wks ago, and did NOT wash the area. She now has papules, rash on stomach travelling to neck, vomiting last nite, loss of appetite, headache X 3 days, feels warm. Felt worse yesterday, but rash still travelling. Is out of work right now, so Dr won t see her and said to go to ER, which will cost alot of money she does not have right now. They have Zithromax which was never used at home.

if the cat is healthy and there is no sign of rabies can wash the area and take inj tt. keep observation on vomiting. can apply beta dine lotion just keep the cat under observation and nothing happen for 15days then no treatment is requeired
