Hello,

You are suffering from raised brown bumps on the shaft of the penis. They may originate from the scrotum and spread to the penile shaft or head. Such bumps are caused by allergic reactions, contact with irritants, STDs, genital warts, pearly penile papules, fordyce spots, irritation, sweating, tight clothing's, etc. Bathe regularly, avoid wearing unwashed or wet clothes, etc., as it can lead to the birth of bacteria and fungus on the skin related to the groin area.

Maintain hygiene, wash and clean the genitals properly. Wipe the groin parts with a fresh towel after bath to remove moisture. Keep the groin area dry. Always practice safe sex, avoid multiple partners. Sexually transmitted diseases or infections are one of the major causes of bumps on penis.

Get examined by a urologist / dermatologist, get STD and HPV tests done to stay on the safer side. If found positive you will be treated with antibiotics and antivirals. Avoid excessive heat in the body, in particular, genitals. Body heat and the heat generated at the genitals are some of the reasons for occurring bumps on the penis. Use lubricants during sexual activity to control heat and friction generated at the genital intercourse.

Avoid alcohol and smoking to prevent inflammation in the scrotum. The inflammation during infections worsens the skin conditions. Avoid itching as it may spread infection. You can apply Hydrocortisone ointment to reduce itching sensation. You can also take antihistamine for relief. Use herbal soaps and body lotions made from neem, lemon, and aloe vera.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
