Suggest Medication For Pimple-like Rashes On The Face And Ears In An 11-month-old

My daughter is 11 months and 5 days old.her full body including face seems to have small pimple like rashes.she has itching also bhnd ears and neck.when we consulted dctr he tld us it mite be food alrgy and advised to stop egg and al fruits except apple and pear.wht mite be the real cause and pls dugst remedies

Some advice that I can give to you are:
- Use oral antihistamines like cetirizine 10 my daily
- Use calamine lotion for local relief
- Take cool showers
