Suggest Medication For Persistent High Fever In A Child Despite Taking Lariago

My 9 years old daughter with weight of of 37.5 kgs. is having high grade fever for last 3 days. 103.5 to 104 .5 degree Fahrenheit. After all the blood profile tests done Dr. Has prescribed Lariago 250 2 .1/2 tablets for 2 nights and 1.1/2 tablets for 3rd night but the problem is she cannot take tablets and I ve no idea of any equalivalent available syrop and required dose to match it as prescribed by Dr..pls.ans.it at the earliest.

i can understand your concern.
your doctor has prescribed anti malaria medication. the dosage you have mentioned doesnt come in syrup form.
i wpuld suggest you to admit your daughter in a hospital. intravenous injection of chloroquine would be given as the fever is not coming down. mostly i.v fluids also would be required. kindly do not delay.
