Suggest Medication For Persistent Arthritis Despite Medication
i am going through severe knee pain in both knees. i m 36 years old. no problem in bones as per the x-ray report. however, ESR is 55ml/m which is quite high as well CRP. i m under medication. but not getting result. i m unable to walk properly. what s ur suggestion to reduce the pain?

With the increased ESR and CRP, autoimmune causes of joint pain would need to be ruled out eg lupus, rheumatoid arthritis etc
These can be present without x ray changes
This would require additional blood tests.
Your GP can do these tests for you or you can see a rheumatologist which is a doctor that specializes in this area.
If any of these are found then additional medication would be needed.
