Suggest Medication For Painful Hemorrhoids

I have hemmrhoids that are very itchy, painful & if constipated will bleed occasionally. I use Preparation H Ointment and seems to help somewhat. Do you have any other over the counter medication for pain & itchy membranes? It is very uncomfortable in sitting position also. Thank you in advance.

I had gone through your question I can understand your concern about bowl movements and pain.

You need to take much fibrous foods like Apple, banana, and green leafy vegetables. Avoid too much lean protein, Angela natural call at time.

Yes you can use steroid cream like betamethazone which will reduce your inflammation. Nitroglycerin cream is also helpful in patients with the piles (hemorrhoids).
