Suggest Medication For Pain Noticed In Lower Back

I've had pain in my lower back on the right side for 2 months. At first, my doctor treated it as muscular, but the pain has not gone away & at times has increased in intensity. If I sit for too long or stand for too long, the pain will radiate thru my hip & down my leg feeling at times like it is radiating thru my abdomen area. I've been checked twice for infection by doing urine tests & both times I was told the test was negative. My doctor also had me do a KUB xray to check for kidney stones, but she said that was normal also. Today, she told me to drink more water & drink cranberry juice. I can't see my regular doctor for another week due to full appt times, but I'm worried since I already my kidneys function at about 60% due to some kidney damage from taking ibuprofen everyday for several years. Can you help me? Thank you.

HI
Well come to HCM
The pain that is being described here may not be due to the renal pathology or calculi but this could be due to the muscular problem and may be spinal degenerative disease would be the cause, in my opinion this can be treated with Tab Diclofenac 50 mg and Tab Chlorzoxazone, Tab Acetaminophen once in day, hope this helps.
