Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Pain in the testicles may be due to orchitis or epididymitis or funiculitis.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet Levoflox.

If symptoms not improved please get it done an ultrasound of scrotum, ultrasound of the abdomen, urine examination and microscopy.

Then consult your physician, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
