Hi. My name is George. I am suffering from a severe case of neuropathy both from being diabetic and had a back surgery that went bad and made my neuropathy about ten times worse. the pain is sometimes unbearable. I had a radicle idea of severing the sensory nerves in my leg so I don't have anymore pain? I've tried all kinds of pain meds, and they don't work. Is this a realistic possibility? I'm aware of not being able to feel anything in my feet and that it could be bad for me. I'm willing to take the chance and be extra careful.

Suggest Medication For Pain Due To Neuropathy?
Greetings ! Well for neuropathic pain a combination of below mentioned drugs shall be tried as it has been found to be useful to some extent in my own patients. 1) Pregabalin at dose of 150-300 mg in two divided doses in a day. 2) Duloxetine at dose of 60 mg at bedtime 3) Vitamin B12 750-1500 mcg / day. I hope this will relieve your neuropathic complaints to some extent , so kindly discuss this with your doctor. Regards
