Suggest Medication For Nausea And Tiredness Due To Head Injury

i fell down on concrete floor and hit the back right side of my head like 2 months ago. I had a bump in the area which has gone down a bit but the area now seems to be bald. I have noticed I get tired more often and nauseous at times, could this be because of the head injury? and why is the bald patch there?
