Suggest Medication For Mound Of The Thumb
i was washing the dishes and my little very sharp small knife dived out of my hands and the point stabbed a blood vessel and i think a nerve bellow my thumb. now the mound of my thumb is numb and aching. i am worried that i have done some damage. even though the cut is small it went very deep

Since the wound has gone deep,and that occurred during dish washing,it is a contaminated wound.It need a wound inspection and thorough cleaning,followed by antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs to prevent bad infection of the wound,which may even end up in amputation of the thump.So you please see your doctor as early as possible.
Meanwhile,wash it well with clean water.
