Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain small swelling after mosquito bites is not an abnormal finding and commonly almost all the individuals get small bumps at the site of mosquito bites..
In case if you get small bumps at the site of mosquito bites you can take anti allergics like benadryl..
You can do cool compresses over the bumps and can also apply steroid ointment..
As you have also indicated that you are unable to use deodorants in your underarms there is a possibility that you are allergic to any of the ingredients present in the deodorants and you should consult an Allergic medicine specialist.
He can do a thorough clinical evaluation and also advise you investigations for allergic testing to rule out the exact cause of your problem and treat you accordingly..
As of now you can try to put deodorant spray over your clothes and not over the armpits directly to prevent discomfort.

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
