Suggest Medication For Low Vitamin B12 Levels And Weakness

Hi Doctor My B12 had dropped to 174 last month. I took 5 b12 injections and I am taking remylin d daily from last one month. But I still feel very weak. Please let me know of I should more injections. And also how many days it takes to recover from this deficiency.

I really appreciate your concern, I actually more paying attention on clinical symptoms and diagnosis, you must be having some weakness but that may not be due to B12 deficiency because you might not be having typical B12 deficiency symptoms, so in my opinion no need to have injection and must to find out the different cause of weakness instead, hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
