Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello

Post surgery stiffness in common you may need urgent physiotherapy and CPM machine mobilisation.

Physiotherapy will help you.
You may have good relief with physiotherapy like IFT [Interferential therapy] and TENS[Transcutaneous electrostimulation] along with ultrasound.
So if possible you can start that.

You can consult your doctor for type of arthritis.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.
