Suggest Medication For Itchy Penis And Testicles

Hi Doctor, i have itchi around my pennies especially on testicles during sleep times and occationaly day time. I amd taking nutrient like, krill oil, CQ10 and PQQ. this giving little relives but not eradicated. could you please advice me what should be done ? Thank you.

Hi,
It seems that there might be having yeast or some local infection like dermatitis on the site giving rise itching and irritation.
Apply triple action cream.
Take Benadryl or cetrizine for itching.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
Ok and take care.
