Suggest Medication For Itching Due To Urticaria Dermografisme

Hi Doctors, I am suffering from urticaria dermografisme. The symptom i am suffering is uncontrollable itching. The itching develops either in any part of the body or several parts of the body at the same time. And, its so uncontrollable that its hard to explain here. Where I rub my skin it becoms dark red in few seconds afterwards. Doctor have prespribed me Aerius 5 mg 4 times a day. He said that there is no sure-shot cure for this disease but this medicine will help you with the itching all the time and it might happen that the disease may dissappear by itself in months or years. My question is simple. What should I do? What my doctor has told is right? Is there any alternative therapy or ayurvedic medicine available?

yes here ayurved will help you .as you tell me the dosha which is prominent in your disease is kapha and there is anubandha of pitta dosha.first and foremost i would suggest you take proper vaman which is one of the panchakarma chikitsa.then go for a rakta shodhan medicine combination.snigdha virechan with castor oil will be of additional help.
