Suggest Medication For Irregular Menstruation

Im 19 years n i have regular periods but this time my dates have gone but no periods n i have to go to function so can u suggest me medicine to get period now and il take this medicine for first time so pls tell me about the medicince in full detail pls

At this age, periods do some time may get irregular, but you need not take medication for just one delay.
Wait for a while, and do not get stressed, that may harm your cycle even more.
You not given dates of your function, but at the same time it will not be right to advice you, on line ,without knowing details of your health and history.
I would suggest you to see a doctor, he will examine if this is because of hormones or otherwise, and advice you accordingly.
