Suggest Medication For Infection In Urethra

I got an infection on the glans and under the foreskin. As per an earlier prescription, I cleaned it with potassium permanganate and applied FUDIC cream and it subsided. I thought it had resolved completely, but it recurred near the urethral opening and now it is not going away seems to be spreading inside the urethra as well. Could you please prescribe something that can take care of this. Thanks, Jose Joseph
