Suggest Medication For Infected Knot In Back Side Of Testicle
about week ago found a small knot on back side of right testicle, went to the Dr. she assumed that there was a tube on top of the testicle infected, she gave me 20 500mg antibiotic, I took 2 a DAY until gone and the knot is still there. It doesn't really bother me every now and then a little discomfort. What is it?

Noted your history of about week ago found a small knot on back side of right testicle, went to the Dr. she assumed that there was a tube on top of the testicle infected, she gave 20 capsules of 500mg antibiotic, took 2 a DAY until gone and the knot is still there. It doesn't really bother every now and then a little discomfort. What is it? This is most probably a cyst on the epididymis. This can be confirmed by a proper ultrasonography and color doppler examination. The treatment is not specific if this is a cyst and you do not need treatment for this, the treatment is only surgical excision.
