i use to masturbate four times a day continuosly for about a month and used to smoke two cigarrettes i used to burp after smoking usually,now iam having serious stomach problems indigestion and gas,loose motion for more than ten days how to cure my digestion problem.please give me some idea i took gelusil,eno and many other medicines nothing worked!!!

It seems that you might be having gastro-enteritis giving this problem.
go for one course of Ofloxacilin, tinidazole combination medicine course for 3 days.
Take light food like curd, rice and buttermilk.
Take plenty of water.
