Suggest Medication For High Fever And Chills

I've been having a 102 fever for the past three days, but only at night. During the day I feel okay, just like I have a normal cold, but when 7 rolls around, I start feeling weak. I also have been getting goosebumps (chills), but I feel very warm. Also, today I threw up twice. In the morning after drinking about 6 oz. of water and later around 6 PM after I tried eating something. Another thing is when I think of food it's like my stomach sends a message back to my brain saying, "nope!" Please help.

Hello
Fever with chills , possibilities may be , these includes.
1 Malaria , get in blood examination for malarial parasite examination .
2 Urinary tract infection is the another most common cause of fever with chills . Diagnosis can be confirmed by urine culture asd sensitivity test .
3 Viral fever may be due to virus . Get virus test for flu.
Now question of vomiting and anorexia .
These are after effect of fever .
First of all consult a primary care physician and deal as mentioned above .
Once diagnosis established fever will subside and vomiting ( may be due to hyper acidity ) will be under control.
Appetizer stimulant will restore appetite.
So consult a G P and get his opinion.
