Hi,

Headache, dizziness and lack of energy are the classic symptoms of post workout fatigue, when the diet is not proper. You started exercise and diet in August and since then if your physical exercise time and intensity has increased, then there must a change in the diet also, failing which, these symptoms will persist.

Your metabolism has increased over the last 3 months and therefore it is important to recalculate your calorie intake. To avoid these occurrences, make sure that you follow strict PRE and POST workout diet.

Take 2 - 3 glasses of water and a fruit of choice 10 minutes before the workout.
Keep sipping small amounts of glucose solution or sweet salted lemon juice or tender coconut water with added glucose throughout the exercises. This will keep your blood sugar levels under check and would also maintain a constant glucose supply to your brain ( headache is caused due to reduced glucose supply to the brain).

After the workout take 2- 3 glasses of water again and take a banana. you may then take the protein supplements or other nutritional supplements. this would help you over come the symptoms.

Hope this helps.
