i am 42 year old i am having gastric problem. i gets the pain around chest part back pain some times i feel like some thing is attacking my chest i feel stiffness and sometimes i feel stomach pain doctor prescribed pantosec and cyclopam is that good or shall i try some other

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

You have some gastric problems ...
You might have acidity associated ...

So you are taking pentoprazole that is correct drug. .
Take it for two week....
The cyclopam you are using is antispasmodic drug ...

Here if burning and gas more from acidity add digene syrup in your prescription...

Avoid gastric irritants like. ....
-excess spicy foods
-excess coffe
-excess tea
-smoking
-alcohol
-non veg food etc....

Drink more water .....

Fruit juice more ....

If still no improvement than USG abdomen done ....for further work up.
