Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You should take Tab Zinetac before food and Tab Norflox TZ after food because you are suffering from intestinal infection. Tab Zinetac contain Ranitidine which is an antacid.

Tab Norflox TZ is a antibiotic combination of Norflixacin and Tinidazole used for Gastrointestinal infections. You should take it for 5 days.

Along with these medicines you should:

- Take plenty of oral liquids with electrolytes like Electral powder dissolved in water.
- Take bland diet like curd rise, bananas.
- Avoid oily, spicy food.
- Whatever amount you are loosing through loose motions should be replaced as advised above.

If there is no relief even after completing antibiotic course, there will be a need for further evaluation. Following investigation may be required in that case:

- Complete Blood Count
- Stool examination.
- Urine examination
- Kidney function test
- Liver function test
- Ultrasonography of abdomen and pelvis

Depending upon clinical evaluation and above test results, further treatment can be planned.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Abhay A Mali
