Suggest Medication For Fever

Hello,
Our 13 months baby girl has been having fever for the past 4 days (itwnet above 102). We saw a doctor on Friday who told us it was probably due to teething - however the fever seems to last longer than it should... Should we worried or is it normal for a teething baby to have fever for days?
She is also very congested, is coughing and has a runny nose - the doctor we saw on Friday checked her ears and didnt see any infection...
Thanks

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hello. Thank you for your question. I am sorry your daughter is not feeling well. I am happy that she was seen on Friday. Keep in mind, however, that exams can, and do, change. What looked like teething on Friday, could be something else today. Considering the persistent fever, it is worth consulting with your doctor again for a re-check.
