Suggest Medication For Fever And Headache

My granddaughter is 9 years old both she and her sister ate something at school yesterday and woke up early this morning with stomachache. The 9 year old vomited and felt a little better but now she has a fever and headache and her eyes are red. Have given her aspirin 2 hrs ago but she is still warm. Should I be worried?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Im sorry your granddaughters are not well. Looks like they have food poisoning. Not uncommon. This usually lasts about 24-48 hours before resolving. The most important asoect of this is to keep them well hydrated. As long as they maintain hydration, they will be fine.
