dear all, i am from bangladesh, my baby age is 3 years 7 m, he continue seek , every 10 or 15 days he fill fiver & cold, when i go doctor, doctor give him antibiotic & paracetamol, when he take medicine he is ok, after dozed finish 6-10 days fiver again coming, h

Recurrent cold cough fever is because of viral infection. 6-9 viral urti per year is a norm in under 5 yr children all over world.No need to give antibiotic for each time. You can give him colustrum powder in milk to enhance immunity. If she gets repeated infections then she should be investigated for adenoid/sinusitis/UTI/chest infections
Dont give her chocolate, biscuits, chips.Don't allow her to play with soft toys.Change bedsheets daily
